Ford Retail Development - Rapid City, SD

The Ford Retail Development project is a four-unit tenant improvement project located in Rapid City, South Dakota. The client desired a high-end mountain design aesthetic that would drive a new design standard for the development corridor. The project is scheduled to begin construction in the spring of 2026.
